"The condo is lovely, spacious, clean and well equipped. Plenty of areas for kids and adults to hang out. One concern: spacing between the rungs on the balcony off the living room is quite wide and a small child can easily fit between the rungs and fall to the ground below so extra caution is needed with little ones. We had a great time and thanks for sharing your property!"

"The unit was very well equipped and perfectly located within the Shanty Creek Resort to allow for an easy walk to all amenities, dining, tennis and pool access. Master bedroom and bath were spacious, but the bed was a little too soft - however that is an individual preference. The host was very responsive and we had a great family vacation."

"Nice condo on bottom level of building. Didn’t see an elevator but stairs were not a problem for our group. It is walkable up to main lodge/hotel for pools. Starbucks on site. Appliances in condo were great. Only issue we had as a larger group was lack of comfortable seating in living room/common area. Dining sits 4 people, bar top had 3 barstools can place at bar top height dining table for games/eating. 45 minutes to Saginaw Bay, 20ish to Torch lake. Rent a boat early for Torch Lake as very limited public beach access. Saginaw Bay had large state park public beach/ swimming area. Enjoyed our stay! Owners were easy to work with and communicated quickly."

"This is a nice large dog friendly condo for our annual family gathering. The location was perfect for walking to the pool with the grandchildren.My only negatives: there were no extra kitchen garbage bags, no hair dryers and as stated, no shampoo or bath soap.These little things are always appreciated when staying away from home."
