The lady named Tanya was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond doing things for us. The worker the next day, I believe his name was Levi, cleaned our room while we were away. Definitely would stay again.

You get what you pay for. This is budget hotel. Very affordable. It's not the Four Seasons. However, I'd stay there again. It's not a great place, but it's affordable. I felt it was clean enough and safe.

Worst property I have ever seen. Disgustingly dirty and out dated. Toilet paper roll half used. Shower filthy and moldy. Hair on wall. We didn’t stay. Staff was nice and supportive in cancelling due to above.

The outside of the motel looked kind of run down. The stairs and outside hall way looks a bit dirty and run down but once you get inside the room, the room was actually pretty clean. The bathroom was clean and the beds were clean. For a just a quick one night stop just to sleep, I was okay with it. It could have been worst.

This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.

Missing tv remote. There were empty water bottles and trash under the beds(we only know this because we were looking for the remote), no smoke detectors, and main light in room did not work. Over priced

This is an older hotel and their decor has not been updated for quite a few years, but everything is clean and serviceable. The bedclothes in my room did have a strong odor of smoke and the t.v. didn't seem to work (I couldn't get it to power on anyway).

Good Place, Hot Coffee and Friendly Staff

The coffee was hot and the person at the desk friendly. The place was clean and economical. We'd stay there again if we came that way.

Im not really sure why this place is even on Hotels.com. This is no more than low income rental property. We ended up not staying. Our key would not even work in the door. Could not get computer to even come up and when it did, he said I have your reservation right here. I never gave him my name which means I was the only sucker to stop by. I don’t know how old the reviews on this place are, but sleeping in my car is more desirable than this place. Hotels. Com must have really lowered their standards to even have this on their site. Go down the road to All Seasons resort. A little more in price, but so worth it.
