I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. "Property administration personnel was very rude and very short and unprofessional. He could not explain any of the questions I had about the many documents he made me sign which is something I never had to do at any other hotels. The hotel is Nit resort by far not. The minimum expectation is welcoming and hospitality was great. The rooms were not that great process will be horrible."
