I am very sorry that this guest was not happy with the condo. I have looked in my messages and do not have any from this guest after check in. The wifi is functioning just fine. Phone service is spotty depending on your carrier but texting works great. This condonis a bit dated but clean and priced appropriately. I am always available and have staff on site for guests so again I am not sure what she means about not getting a response.

Potential guests please read all of the 5 star reviews that this condo has before making a decision. This couple arrived and left the condo. They did not message me until they were in another town. They demanded a full refund on day of check in. They obviously did not want to be at Schuss so they embellished their issue to attempt to get a refund. When they did contact me I offered an upgraded condo at no additional cost. They refused the offer. 1.We absolutely do have heat! 2. Not smelly. Housekeeping had just been there in the morning. 3. The flooring is lifting in a couple very small areas. Again they embellished this. That will easily be fixed. I honestly do not know what they expect for the price they paid. This is a budget priced condo that sits on a golf course and ski hill. I stand behind my condos and always do what I can to give guests a good experience.
