Consisting of two twin studios, Tivàn and Breva, bookable separately, each with its own terrace overlooking the lake, it offers a unique and relaxing experience.
Tivàn, with its large living room and kitchenette, is located on the right of Brèva overlooking the lake. The terrace overlooking the lake is surrounded by the beautiful Glicine, and allows you to enjoy the spectacular view at any time of the day. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, independent bathroom and of course large private terrace; finely furnished and complete with every service, such as dishwasher, washing machine, internet; it is delivered complete with sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome kit in the kitchen to immediately enjoy the experience of staying on Lake Como.
Tivàn can be booked together with Brèva, the other studio apartment that can be connected by opening the small corridor that separates them.

The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. .
