On this same level, with an independent entrance, there is also a large studio apartment of around 60 square meters. Upon arrival, a welcome kit with coffee, tea, and toiletries for the first day will be provided, along with towels and linens for the duration of the stay. Waste separation is required in accordance with local regulations, and while essentials such as soap and dishwasher gel are supplied, personal care items, condiments, and paper products are not included. A crib and high chair are available on request for a fee, though it is important to note that the villa is not recommended for small children.
