Eric and Catherine have made sure you have everything you could need, very well appointed place. Easy communication and welcome packet with all kinds of information along with pamphlets and flyers and maps were very helpful. “The house is charmingly decorated, clearly a lot of effort went into it. The host/hostess have anticipated every need in the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. My sense is it has been recently remodeled and has a new feel. The multiple window air conditioners were much appreciated during the hot days this past week. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.”

“The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there .”

“We enjoyed our week at this rental , it was close enough to all the activities we needed to attend in Providence, but far enough away to be a quiet relaxing location. It was quaint and charming, when we had a sudden issue with the water heater the landlord had it fixed immediately. He gave me a tour of the waterfront snd when we left a couple Orr items behind he even mailed them out to us!”
