Worst communication and help ever
Was there to have a romantic birthday weekend for my boyfriends 60th.went to take a shower get dressed up .No towels.not a big deal at first but being on a phone call 53 min.most on hold and simutaneousley texting .with no help.A phone number in the book on property and who to call,called he hasnt worked there in over a year he said. Had to go buy towels ourselves.no more mood for romance at this point.asked to pay for first night but let us revoke our second night ,they said you can leave but will be charged .stayed out of room all day sat.except to sleep was so ticked off.finally the real host commented at 300a.m approx.oops sorry.Not acceptable.
