“While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room……

“I really loved staying here! The plane out front was a huge surprise, as well as all the barber chairs in the lobby. The room was dated, but clean and comfortable. If you are tired of a boring chain hotel, give this hotel a try!”

“The motel was just outside of town and across the road from The Military Ridge Bike Trail. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the mini refrigerator with freezer worked very well. The price was great and staff was on-site and helpful. This is not a fancy place but was just what we were looking for.”

“My kids loved the pool. Great location with Walmart and Culver's right next door.”

“Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. Staff were on their personal phones, some had a very unprofessional, unkept appearance. The cafe was okay. One barista was great but the next night a different……
