“We loved the stunning view from Palm Cottage nestled in the mountain-side 500 feet above Admiralty Bay. Its veranda is my favorite place on Earth to work remote surrounded by sunshine, warm breezes, quiet, nature, and a view of 300 sailboats moored in the bay. Martin and Julie have perfected every detail of the property, accommodations, recommendations, hospitality, and service after 3 decades of literally building the resort from scratch. “The title says it all. You don't often come by a place on VRBO where the actual place is better than the pictures, but this is one of them. The view is unreal and the host really has thought of everything for guests to get the most out of staying on Bequia. My wife and I spent a week of our honeymoon here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking at staying on the island.”

“The Sugar Mill is a beautifully designed, airy and pretty unique villa high up overlooking the sea and islands to the East of Bequia. Being high up it gets a very necessary cooling breeze. Bequia had suffered a long drought while we were there, so was less green than normal, but it was still lovely. Quirin was very welcoming and we could see what efforts he is making to maintain the Old Fort and the estate - quite a challenge! “This property is very very nice and everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. We loved that the property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Loved the screened windows. Loved the area. We felt safe and secure. Also, I really enjoyed drinking the natural spring water every day. Loved the cook-she can make anything, from local cuisine to North American cuisine like pizza. And it was all so delicious! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed the nice……

“This property is exactly as advertised, and has a great view of the Caribbean waters and some of the rest of the Grenadines. The owners of the place are also very kind, attentive, and quick to respond in case of any trouble or need for help regarding anything and everything. One thing to note is that this property can feel a little far from the main areas of Bequia found around the port. So it is good to keep in mind that a taxi may be required for use when staying at this wonderful house. ”
