"While I know people love their pets, I am highly allergic and always seek a pet free room. Unfortunately this Hilton allows pets and the hidden dander in our room caused terrible allergies. The room appeared spotless though carpet was old. But my allergic reaction indicated alot of dander in our room. Paid for breakfast, not free! Staff members were great. Please establish some pet free rooms, maybe without carpet- otherwise after many stays at this hotel we will need to move on to somewhere...

"The room was acceptable. Upon arriving at the hotel, however, I was greatly dismayed by the gaping hole in the front of the building covered by multiple tarps. After discovering that the front entrance was being renovated during my stay, the innkeeper cordially invited me to the grungy side door, where I stood in the freezing cold for no less than 2 minutes waiting for her to unlock it. "This property was amazing! The front desk and valet staff were so accommodating. I was there Jan 9-11 and was surprised to see that there were still Christmas decorations were still on display. I loved the small town and cozy feel of this property! "
