“Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay.”

“Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.”

“Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

“Great spot just east of everything you’d want to do in DC. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook your own food but incredibly quick access to the subway. Trader Joe’s and some amazing restaurants are 2 stops away on the subway and all the major sights are 5 or 6 stops away. Park here and don’t drive the entire time you’re in DC!”

“Matthew was really great as a host. He tried to help with the issue as soon as possible. I would suggest to replace sofa with the proper dinning table. There is no place where to sit, other than the small sofa. I rented this place to have at least sit down breakfast together with my family. Also, I would replace full bed in the bedroom for two twins and have at least one night table with the proper light. The property is listing garden- in reality there is none, if two cars are parked there. I……

“Beautifully decorated and comfy furniture. You can cook and serve a full meal. Extra paper goods in closet - read signs on doors! Bathroom spacious and clean!”

“Great area. Very close to Merriweather Post Pavilion where we were seeing a show. Easy to grab a Lyft to and from the show!”

“The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!”
