馬里蘭出租公寓

「Ein guter und angenehmer Ort zum Verweilen,」

「Property managers never returned calls. Never returned messages or provided check-in instructions. When we arrived at night with my son, they still did not answer and then, after 25 calls, they answered and said it was canceled that morning. We booked one month out and we were confirmed. I travel all the time. Worst experience of my life with any business, especially a “hospitality” business.」

「Great place to stay if you find yourself in Frederick. Laura was excellent with communication and extraordinarily quick to respond to messages.」

「The apartment was alright the issue was with the host. She gave us a parking pass which we used, then on the second day of our stay. She came to the apartment complaining that we can't park out back of it. I showed her the pass and reminded her we were staying at that apartment but she argued that we were at the wrong set of houses. Which we weren't our listing said A04 and that's where we were. Also they hit us with a second $200 deposit after getting $195 on their site.」

「The host was incredibly friendly and communicative. The place was a lot bigger than I expected, and it was beautiful to sit out by the fire pit and look at the river nearby. And, she left us snacks and smores for the stay! A nice quiet spot to spend a night.」

「Clean property, but could use a bathroom mats, more towels that match would give more lux touch. Also smaller bathroom towel rack not secured to wall. Also ice maker doesn’t work. Locks on sliding doors don’t work well could be issue with little ones. Otherwise a spacious unit 1 block from the beach.」

「Nice convenient apt with amenities for an extended stay that worked perfectly for my week trip.」

「The staff was very friendly, the apartment was very clean, I love that pets are welcome and the beach and boardwalk are less than 2 minutes walk. EXCELLENT!」

「Wonderful place for our family! Very close to the beach and shopping. Short car or bus ride to the boardwalk. Easy check in and out. On site parking was good. Would recommend and stay again.」
