「We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful—peacefully tucked away among the redwoods while still being in the perfect location. It was an easy drive to both the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, making it the ideal home base for exploring the area.The check-in process was seamless, and the home was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. 「Excellent hosts! John and his wife were incredibly generous and thoughtful, they stocked the tent with snacks, farm eggs, and drinks. The tent itself had a fridge, microwave, and pretty much everything you could think of and more.
Waking up to that beautiful view every morning was the icing on the cake; like my boyfriend said, "I didn't know San Jose could be beautiful." The view of the valley was stunning. We'd absolutely stay again.
One note for future guests: we stayed in "Yurt Above All,"...

「The people are really friendly. It's really old school. There's a place where you can walk down to the creek feed the ducks. Also they had barbecue pits fire pits. Plenty of cut wood. The place had a chimney and it was pretty cold so I built the fire every night and in my fireplace in the room. All I know is we slept a lot too. It's very quiet at night and very dark.」

「Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.」
