“The AC in the room barely worked. Temperature never went below 24 degree even if it ran all day. Room was hot. The Bathroom of room 420 has a window right next to the shower . People on the street and the next building can see inside, especially at night.
This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in (among a few hundred) where they need you to wear a swimming cap to enter the pool. never seen that. As a result pool is always empty :(”

“Frühstück lies zu wünschen übrig, da Eier und Speck kalt serviert wurden. Auch am 2. Tag trotz Anmerkung, dass man das gerne warm serviert bekommen würde. Das Personal rennte fast durch den Speisesaal, was eine große Hektik und somit unschöne Atmosphere verursachte. Auch beim Abendessen im Restaurant war eine große Hektik zu verspüren, die nicht zum Rest passte.”

“一點都不推薦
I stayed here for 5 nights. Housekeeping skipped changing our bath towels twice. When we brought this up to the front desk, there was absolutely no response.
The staff just walked into the room to grab the towels without saying a single word.
Furthermore, there were no tissues provided in the room, and not even a single trash can outside of the bathroom.
We had to pile up our own trash inside the room, leaving banana peels and garbage sitting there for all 5 days without being……

“A beautiful location in the Pyrenees, this hotel was charming and welcoming. A lovely room with a view of the mountains and welcoming staff. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed the evening i was there but I had a nice meal at the restaurant next door.
No elevator and no air conditioning were the only slight negatives but it didn't negatively affect my stay. Recommended!”
