“Clean. Good A/C. Breakfast had lots of options and changed everyday. Staff was nice. Pool is large. only complaint is food and drinks are very over-priced. and could hear the Masjid blasting their speakers from inside our room as early as 3:45AM”

“The hotel is fantastic and huge! I stayed on the 9th floor and the view is incredible!! I could see the farm, the volcano and the town. The staff are nice and friendly. I felt like I was treated exclusively. I love every corner of this hotel. It worths every penny, every second.”

“Hard to find and get to by car. Nice hotel, tub leaks and won’t hold water… a big big disappointment. Also at 3:30-4am, nearby mosque blasted very loud noise or prayer, if you don’t value your quality of your rest, this is the right place, or you better have a great Boss noise cancellation headset and you don’t mind wearing it while you sleep”

“Just ok for one night only”

“We stayed two nights and regret not having taken more days in this magnificent hotel. The service is impeccable, pleasant, respectful, super nice and very professional. If you're looking for a hotel with an impressive view, I'd recommend this one. As soon as I come back to Java, I'll return to this hotel without hesitation! Big favorite ❤️”

“The place is filled with mould. One of our beds was infested with ants. One room’s window didn’t close. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. We ended up not staying the night and seeking alternative accommodation. Do not recommend”

“This was truly a 5 star hotel to stay. Everything was great.”

“The room was beautiful, clean and had a fantastic view. They even offered us a fridge delivered at no cost when we checked in. The staff are some of the best and friendliest at any hotel I've ever stayed at. The pool is great and I couldn't find a bad thing to say about the place if I tried. Basically a perfect stay.”

“Awesome spot, super helpful staff and a lot of cool people stay here. A big hiking and outdoorsy hostel. The staff goes above and beyond”

“We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!”
