Discover the perfect retreat at Lookout 3, a spacious two-level Sunriver home designed for relaxation and fun. Hosting up to 10 guests in comfortable beds, this home features two inviting living spaces, a large main-level primary bedroom, and a generous deck overlooking a serene common area. Enjoy the entertainment options with a large Smart TV in the living area and a den equipped with Foosball, a flat-screen TV, and a collection of board games.

- Welcoming entry with convenient laundry room access to the deck.
- Flowing layout from kitchen through dining to living areas.
- Galley kitchen with major appliances and open cupboards for easy access.
- Dining area adjacent to the kitchen, seating six with a bench and chairs.

Bedrooms:
- Downstairs Primary: King bed, Smart TV, en suite with separate shower and tub, private deck access.
- Downstairs Second Bedroom: Double bed, Smart TV, and two nightstands.
- Upstairs Primary: King bed, Smart TV, en suite, filled with natural light.
- Upstairs Kids' Room: Two twin beds, a bunk bed, Smart TV, and a cozy window nook.

We loved this house! Shared with 3 families (5 adults and 3 kids ages 1, 7 and 7) and we felt like we had plenty of space. Location is great for biking everywhere - it’s so close to the SHARC and the Village! Description and pics were accurate, kitchen had all the basic needs, house was clean and communication with management company was great.
