There are both 220 and 110 volt outlets for EV charging available in the spacious double garage with 10 wide by 10 tall garage doors. New high efficiency windows provide plenty of daylight and walls are air sealed and insulated to 125% of code to keep the house quiet and comfortable all year round. On demand hot water heater provides hot water as needed but doesn't waste energy maintaining hot water when it isn't needed.
