Classic Otter Cabin: Near Village & SHARC

Classic Tumalo-style cabin in a great location with all the conveniences of home.

This cozy cabin features the classic Central Oregon Tumalo design with high wooden ceilings and exposed beam.

The location can't be beat - across from the SHARC, Sunriver's indoor/outdoor water park and tubing hill. Sunriver Village is a short 1/2 mile walk where you can enjoy boutique shopping and great restaurants.

In the summer, Sunriver Village has a range of activities for families, including mini golf, bumper cars and inflatable play areas. During the winter, enjoy ice skating.

Our home includes 6 free SHARC passes, unlimited use (not day passes).

Sleeps 6-8:
- Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and portable crib
- 2nd bedroom includes a double bed and twin bunk beds, including new memory foam mattresses.
- There is also a double futon in the living room

Both bedrooms are quietly tucked away from the living room area, each room with Sling TV, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN.

Free high-speed WIFI (300 Mbps)

Open living area - living, dining, kitchen - features wood-burning fireplace, TV, retro video gaming system with 60 classic arcade games, board games, books and toys.

Kitchen includes electric stove/oven, coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, mixing bowls, cups, plates, bowls, glassware, pots and pans, baking dishes, cheese grater. Basic staples like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil provided. Please be sure to bring your favorite condiments and spices.

Dining table seats 6 with open bar area to the kitchen that will seat 3 more.

Hot tub: From the back deck, soak in the private hot tub, available year-round.

Bikes: 2 adult, 2 youth and 1 child's beach cruiser bikes available during summer months.

BBQ: Grill from the gas BBQ and enjoy meals on the deck with patio seating for 6. Private deck has 2 Adirondack chairs.

Home is located on quiet cul-de-sac, great for kids to ride bikes and play, but just a short walk to all of Sunriver's great amenities including Sunriver Village, SHARC, Ft. Rock Park, Resort, Sunriver Nature Center and more.

Our housecleaning service uses EPA-approved, hospital-grade cleaning products to clean 7 Otter after guests check out. Fresh sheets and towels are provided prior to check-in. There is a washer, dryer and laundry soap for guests to use during their stay, plus hand soap and disinfectant wipes on hand for guests to use during their visit.
