relaxation and fun

Great house in a quiet part of Sunriver. Beds were comfortable, the deck was great and we loved the ping pong table. Excellent house!!

We had a nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great to have and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms could use updates and maybe new mattresses on the twin beds would be nice improvements. Also maybe one or two men appropriate bikes for the garage. Overall the house was great. Easy and quiet location, nice layout, nice to have (3) bathrooms, and we loved having the hot tub.

Perfect Sunriver property

This house is perfect - immaculately maintained, well-equipped and perfectly located (I prefer to be far from the village & closer to mountain biking trails). We had a totally relaxing & wonderful long weekend and I hope to reserve this house again. Loved, loved, loved it. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Kinglet-45in Sunriver! I made a bit of a last minute decision to take my kids and mom to Sunriver- we hadn’t been in many years. I was a little worried we wouldn’t be able to find a house that would suit our needs, but Kinglet- 45 was perfect. The house was impeccably clean, well organized, and spacious. In the kitchen I found everything I needed without having to sift through leftover items from previous guests. My boys, 11 and 14 had the best time riding the bikes and exploring the area. We hiked, ate at the village and enjoyed an awesome lip sync show by the Klassix Ayre Band. We had a little issue with the garage door and the management office was quick to send someone to fix it. We such a wonderful time and we hope to return each year.

Far from the village and the Shark, which was inconvenient, but some will like the quiet. Wish there was air conditioning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the layout of this home! Can be all together or sneak off to your own private corner. Hot tub was great - kitchen worked out well. The bathrooms were a little outdated, but extremely clean. Deck was small but we saw a permit on the garage to maybe improve the deck? Not sure - boys loved having a hoop of their own! Property mgmt company was fantastic!! We never paid attn to property mgmt but when there is a problemt you want a good one (avoid Blue Pacific!). Loved this home!!

First trip to Sunriver

This was a great house for our first trip to Sunriver. Easy access to the river and trail to Benham falls. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms are good size - master bed is very confortable. Two twin beds may need updating soon but they’re fine for kids. Brand new hot tub is a great way to end the day and soothe aching legs after a day of hiking, biking, etc. It would be nice to have a larger deck to dine on and lounge around. One thing - master bath needs a new shower curtain liner. We’d love to stay here again!
