This home includes bikes for the family and 8 SHARC passes. It is located just a short 1/4 mile stroll from the SHARC aquatic facility and 3/4 mile from the charming Sunriver village, offering convenience and tranquility.



    With an open living area, high ceilings, and a cozy fireplace, this house exudes a rustic modern vibe that is both stylish and welcoming. Step outside onto the new back deck, complete with a hot tub and dining area, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Fully remodeled with thoughtful amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, and smart TVs throughout, this retreat is designed for your utmost comfort. Enjoy central air conditioning during the warm summer months. Guests love the plush memory foam beds and the abundance of comfortable seating both indoors and out.

We had a wonderful experience! The home was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bbq made it easy to relax after rounds of golf. The hot tub was nice too! We’ll book it again for our next golf trip. Very highly recommended.

Small but mighty and close to SHARC

While the house is much smaller than we realized, it was still a good fit for our size group (7 ppl, 4 adults and 3 kids). It's within walking distance of the SHARC which the kids loved and the hot tub and back deck area were great for alfresco dining and lounging

Long Weekend with the Kids

My mom and I took my kids to Sun River for a long weekend. This house was perfect for walking and biking into the village. My kids had plenty of room and my mom and I enjoyed the back patio. The house had cute bikes for cruising around. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We took our three kids to this house for a long weekend. It was in a great location. We walked to the village everyday for coffee and dinner. It’s just down the street from the aquatic center. The house was nice, very clean. It had plenty of bikes for all of us. I would definitely stay here again.
