This is our second year staying at wonderful 3 Killdeer and we will definitely be coming back. The place is spotless, well-appointed, comfortable and so close to the SHARC and the Village. The communication with the host is excellent, checking in to see if we need anything. And the lovely hot tub right outside the door is a lovely bonus.

We loved the house and would totally book this again. We loved how close it is to the shops. We did feel like the couchs and beds were run down and it felt like the house was clean but if you looked behind or under anything there was quite a bit of dust.

Beautiful property in a quiet woodsy neighborhood close to the Village and all the fabulous shopping and restaurants there. Loved the hot tub, bbq, and fireplace! Comfortable beds, plenty of seating in living room and dining room. Spent the warm afternoons sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the patio reading. What a lovely vacation spot!

This property was the perfect size and location for our family of 4. Close walking distance to the village and SHARC. Kitchen was well stocked. Two things to note: They have an A/C unit in the window of the main room, but the air does not reach the bedrooms. So it does get hot in the bedrooms and was difficult to sleep the first night we were there with a high of 88 degrees that day. The other things to note is that it lists there are bikes to use, but many of the bikes were not in working condition ie. tire was popped, seat swivvled back and forth, chain off etc. So don't expect there to be bikes for whole family. Otherwise, the house worked great for our needs.

The property is fantastic and would defiantly stay here again. And renting through Arrived is great; this was my second stay at one of their properties.Things future renters of this property might like to know:The master bed is very firm.And there is a house in the neighborhood behind that is under a total renovation making the back deck not as relaxing during the daytime with workers using lots of heavy equipement.

We loved the location and openness of this spot. The only thing holding it back was kitchen supplies/dishes weren’t as well stocked as some other places I’ve stayed but I’d definitely stay again. Also the host communication and promptness fixing a maintenance issue was great!

The property is simple and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay or long stay. This is the second time my wife and I have traveled to this property and at least a dozen in the Bend-Sunriver area. We highly recommend everyone to experience it.

The cabin is clean and comfortable, with a well stocked large kitchen, nice deck with hot tub and descent grill. Nice gas fireplace. Easy walk to the village and SHARC, bikes, games. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family vacation spot!

This home was perfect for my wife and I, 2 kids, and our dog. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the location near the village and SHARC was fantastic. It's super easy to get on the trails and get where you need to go. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and will definitely consider this home in the future.

Great spot for winter activities

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location for all of the winter activities that the Bend area has to offer. Check in was easy. Hot tub was working great and clean. Bed was very comfortable!
