Within walking distance to Village

The house was clean, lots of updates throughout and it was wonderful. It was nice to walk over to the Village and our family enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week in Sunriver and this house was perfect for us - spacious, well equipped and comfy beds. We loved the proximity to The Village and Sharc. Our hosts were attentive and kind. Can’t wait to return.

Great Location- Excellent Family Fun

What a great location - walk to everything. We could walk to the village and to SHARC easily. Bikes, game console and lots of fun additions in this condo! One caveat - it was hot during our stay - in the 90's - and the house really heated up and did not cool down even with AC on it - was 80 degrees inside in the evening.

The house is very accommodating and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the mall. There is something to do at this house for everyone. This house is hard to reserve and I hesitate to give a good review as it may be the reason it is so hard to reserve. We have rented this house several times and everyone in the family really likes it and finds it perfect.

Great location, nice big house, lots to do!

Clean house, easy check in, received late check out. Had a water incident at the kitchen sink, the management company came over and took care of it. Enough room to stretch out and have our own space if needed. Sunriver was super smokey nothing you could have done about that :)!

Spring Break Family Vacay

One of the best rentals we have had in Sunriver and we have rented for many years. Very spacious for a condo. Beds were very comfortable. The house could not be any closer to the village and also is quite close to the SHARC. We will be renting this place again hopefully in the future.

Great Location and Size

It was large enough for the max occupants we had but still cozy. The location was ideal. There were extra bikes beyond what we expected which was nice as well as helmets, bike locks, a dog kennel, movies, tv's in every room, etc - just a lot of small, nice extras. The hot tub wasn't getting hot but I called the local number and it was fixed before we returned home for the day. Would stay again.

Great house and location!

The house had everything we needed, and the kitchen had some miscellaneous sundries that made it even easier! Access to The Village and SHARC make this easily one of the best options in SR. It’s close to all the craziness, but also setup in a way that you’re not getting a bunch of drive-by bikes and cars. I will say that it wasn’t mentioned that you need to enter off of Abbot in our check-in, and we attempted to come in off of Beaver to a locked gate. Also, there is at least one homeowners in the area who doesn’t seem to like kids—it seems. The boys were out playing, and an older guy let them know that they shouldn’t be going in someone’s lawn, and he continued to bother them, which was a little concerning. Definitely not a big deal, but was kind of strange considering the community and people generally having fun outside. Definitely will be booking again!

Great Location

This was our second time staying in this house. It works well for 3 couples as everyone can have their own bathroom. Beds are pretty comfortable, although the mattress in the primary suite should be replaces soon in our opinion (getting cratered) Home was clean, but the back deck was not. Hot tub was clean, but the jets didn't work. There were a few supplies in the kitchen for coffee and cooking. This home is very close to the village---easy walk which we loved!

Location, location, location

Great open floor plan, well stocked kitchen, chargers in each bedroom, oodles of bikes and helmets, dog and kid friendly, easy walking distance to the mall. But if you want to watch ESPN or TNT, you’re out of luck.

"Home" again

We are repeat visitors to this Townhome. It is always a pleasure to stay here and has everything that we need to make it a relaxing visit. There was something for everyone here. Our kids had their own living space and there was plenty of quiet for them to work from home. The dog had her own back deck to watch the walkers/bikers go by. We will be back.

Great Location!

This is a lovely home, well appointed (could use a decent cheese grater and storage containers for leftovers), great activities for the kids (Pac-Man, foos ball). The bikes were plentiful and in perfect working order. Even tho location close to Abbott Dr.,it was quiet. My reason for not 5 star…if you need indoor light as I do, this home is not for you. The daytime darkness was hard. Even with all shutters open, the home dark. If that’s not an issue, by all means, rent away! Besides, if you’re like us, you’re outside most of the time!

Great house and location

Great location! Walkable to the Village restaurants and shops. Inside the house was very clean (outdoor deck needed a good sweeping and outdoor furniture needed to be wiped down). Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. We appreciated that there was some sugar, creamer and spices! Beds were comfortable (we did not use the pull out couch..so can't speak to that) Hot tub was very dusty and full of pine needles on the outside, but clean inside! Water was up to temperature! Loved that there was plenty of space and seating in the living area. We would stay at this house again.

This home has everything - proximity to the village, comfortable bedding, a hot tub, several bikes, a foosball and ping pong table, an old school video arcade, Alexa, SHARC passes, and a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely return!
