Main Level:
Fully stocked kitchen with drip + Keurig coffee station, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster oven – dining table for family meals – cozy living room with pellet stove and 55” Smart TV – direct access to backyard – two-car garage.
Upper Level:
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including two primary suites with private baths. One suite features a king bed, 40” Smart TV, and walk-in closet. Additional bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds.
Lower Level:
Bonus studio space with king bed, stocked kitchenette, 40” Smart TV, private full bathroom, and laundry access (washer & dryer).
Outdoor Space:
Large backyard with patio seating, propane fire pit, BBQ, and string lights – back porch for relaxing evenings – small front-yard bistro table set into a rock outcropping.

Your host lives 3 miles away and is always available to answer questions and ensure you have a pleasant stay. The front door features a programmable lock so there typically won`t be any direct host interaction.
Quiet family neighborhood built in the 1990s located on the northeast side of Bend.
Walking distance to: 10 Barrel Brewing (5mins), Ballers & Brews (4 mins) Canal Row Park (3 mins), East Canal Trail (3 mins) and Pine Nursery Park (15 mins).
Biking distance to: Bridge 99 Brewing, Oblivion Brewing, Craft Kitchen and Brews, On Tap, Midtown Yacht Club and River`s Place.
Driving:
Hop onto Butler Market Rd. for a short 5-10 minute drive to Downtown Bend and Bend`s Westside. 20 minutes to Redmond Airport. 30 minutes to Mount Bachelor ski park, Fall River, Crooked River and any trail your heart desires!
Snow Removal:
During snow events, the front porch, steps and driveway will be shoveled on a regular basis. Any additional shoveling desired will be the responsibility of the guest. A snow shovel will be available in the garage for your use.
Ring Doorbell:
Please note that a ring doorbell is at the front door. This doorbell has video and audio capabilities and is in place for security purposes while the home is vacant.
No parties or large gatherings.
Please respect this family neighborhood and follow City of Bend noise ordinances. No loud noises after 9:00pm and before 7:00am.
Rock outcropping: Please stay on the paths and refrain from climbing on the rock outcropping. This space is not recommended for children under the age of 6. These outcroppings of basalt rock are common throughout Central Oregon, but tend to have unstable rock which can lead to injuries when not walking in the designated paths.
Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the winter, we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep his in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There`s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!), then a refund would be given, but other than that, we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
