  • Newly renovated modern space walkable to many restaurants and the hospital.

    Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in NE Bend. You have all that you need in this beautiful space!

    Both bedrooms have king-beds, two full bathrooms, lots of modern touches and an open living/kitchen area. The Master is upstairs with your own bathroom and smart TV.

    Big group trip? This is a duplex and both sides are available to rent together as well!

    This charming 2 bedroom, located in NE Bend, offers a cozy and convenient base for your next adventure.

    Open, clean, spacious, modern, and walkable to east side attractions.

    We offer an outdoor patio & grilling area that is private from the adjacent unit's.

    Our spacious layout provides two king size memory foam mattresses - ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

    The unit provides a bright & inviting open-plan dining and living room area. A kitchen table that serves 4, and equipped for everything you need to cook delicious meals.

    We are located in a quiet neighborhood, >10 minutes from downtown Bend & the Old Mill District, restaurants, shops and breweries.

    For those looking for a taste of nature, we have easy access to hiking & biking trails, the Deschutes River, and Mt. Bachelor.

    Pets are required to be on a leash in our non-fenced outdoor space. There are many walkable parks nearby for your pets. We also require that you use our pet couch quilts if your pets are on the furniture please. We also require a $20 pet fee per pet, max 2.

    Plenty of street parking and 1 spot in the driveway.

    Jackson's Corner, Cafe Yumm, On Tap (our favorite food trucks and watering hole) and the Hospital are all easily walkable. Nearby Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, Old Navy & Starbucks for shopping.

    A quick 10 minute car ride will get you to the famous Old Mill district, the Deschutes River where you can float the day away, and the charming streets of historic and downtown Bend.

    DOGS: We are pet friendly but not fully fenced in! Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste properly!


    SHOWER OPERATION: For turning on the shower, get the water on, then there's a little round ring on the faucet itself, pull that ring down.

    Please note: This home does not have AC.

This was a quick overnight stay as part of a week long road trip. The property is well maintained and clean. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was stocked well and allowed us to cook a nice, easy dinner and it was nice to be close to the grocery store. The beds were comfortable. thank you!

Super close to Big Sky Park which was amazing! We had early mornings for a lacrosse tournament at the park so the location was perfect. The house is cute, has everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. The fenced backyard for our chocolate lab was a bonus! Thank you!

The whole layout of the property is a little off. Not sure if you have actually ever stayed in this or any of your properties. The downstairs bathroom. The toilet totally needs more room. I'm a larger person and I had difficulty using this particular toilet. Glad there was an a/c unit, the discription clearly states that there is NO a/c available. The small table top personal fan was broken. I would definitely stay again otherwise.
