Wonderful Stay Close to Everything Needed

Our family enjoyed our time at this cute little cabin in Sunriver. We especially enjoyed having the bikes and ping pong table available to use. The check in and check out processes are seamless, and the communication with the property managers was the best we’ve ever had with any company we’ve dealt with!

Great time and location, lacking overall cleanliness

Check-in was a breeze with the door code provided prior to arrival. Loved the layout of the house, very cozy. Ping pong table was a lot of fun and nice to have. Lots of space. We really enjoyed the SHARC passes provided for each day! One downfall was cleanliness in the home that was expressed during the trip, through the provided text info, but did not receive a response back- when arriving noticed dirty coffee filters in not only the coffee pot, but also the Keurig. The mantle, and TV stands throughout the home were very dusty. Throw pillows in living room and master bedroom were dirty and stained. The bedding in the other bedroom with TV was stained and obviously needed washed/changed. The wash machine smelled like mildew. We had an issue with the fireplace on the first night and when bringing it to attention, that was fixed promptly the day of. We were really bummed with the bicycle situation because we planned on doing bike rides as a family, but it turned out that when arriving only 2 of the bikes advertised were functioning, and we needed a third. Overall, fun family getaway, but some things could’ve been better/could be improved.

Inaccurate description of rental

We specifically rented this VBRO because they advertised having 8 bicycles. We went down as a family of 5 and each of our kiddos brought a friend. Much to our disappointment, NONE of the bikes worked. My son crashed on one of the bikes due to no brakes. We contacted the owner, asking if he would possibly pay for rental of bikes due to their advertising of these 8 bikes. Never received a call back. We went and rented bikes ourselves. My husband called him the next day and they only agreed to pay for a small portion of the 2 day bike rental we incurred, which is terrible customer service. The rental was extremely dirty. Towels not folded, linen closets had sheets, towels & blankets just shoved on the shelves. They looked/smelled uncleaned, at best. Not to mention the dishes, silverware, cookware and glasses all still had caked on food, grease and grime on them and had to all be washed before even using them, which was another huge waste of our valuable family time. I most definitely would NOT recommend this VBRO and will be and have been telling everyone, in our community and circle, to not rent from this company!
