Celebrate with Large Family

All the information to to get into the house made it very easy to get in and start enjoying right away. Beautiful spacious home quickly felt warm and friendly for our group of 12. We used everything the house had to offer. Great time!

Beautiful Home in Sunriver!

We rented this home to stay in for a company Christmas Party. We rented several homes to accommodate all of our employees, but this home far exceeded all the rest in cleanliness, communication, and amenities. It's a beautiful place with a large kitchen, high vaulted living room, and several comfortable bedrooms. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, or at the very least, working with Bennington Properties.

Family Reunion

We have been coming to Sunriver for over 25 years for our Family Reunions and this was a great main house for us. Bennington helped us locate other homes and additional amenities for a successful event. The kitchen-living area couldn't have functioned better.

We had an awesome stay. Some of the furniture and carpet is a little worn, but otherwise the house was wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked too!

a little dated, and some of the electronics had to be fixed to work, but overall a nice little rental. the bicycles are in terrible condition so you'll need to rent bikes or bring your own. Hot tub in good condition, kitchen is nice and big. not right on the bike path but close enough to the river loop. back patio right on a main road, but it's not that busy. we'd stay here again.
