Loon Lane #24 is a 2 bedroom plus loft vacation home near the mighty Deschutes River and iconic Cardinal Landing Bridge!

The grand living room with vaulted ceilings includes a stone fireplace, flat screen television, video & book library and comfy sofas to gather with family and friends. The living area leads to the dining space and fully equipped kitchen with large island perfect for cooking large meals for your group. Loon 24 has been recently updated with fresh paint inside and out, new bedding, new blinds and has had it's decks refinished! (May 2019)

This home provides ample deck furniture and deck space complete with a gas BBQ, perfect for grilling up family favorites and enjoying meals outside. Step outside and soak up some of the natural beauty that Sunriver offers and "recharge" while reading a book or enjoying a beverage!

The master bedroom provides a king bed, and the second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. The loft area offers a pyramid style bunk bed, Wii and several board games, it's a great place for the kids/teens!

Visiting Sunriver during the Summer months? Loon Lane #24 includes A/C!

Relax in your private hot tub while stargazing, ride your bike on miles and miles of paved bike paths, or speed down the water slides at SHARC.

In the Winter months: Mt. Bachelor is only 17 miles away, or take advantage of the tubing hill at SHARC!

Loon Ln has a fully stocked kitchen with large kitchen island, private hot tub, games and soaring windows with awesome views of the natural landscape, bringing the outdoors with A/C this 4 star home leaves nothing to be desired!

Second stay!

We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row for MDW and it’s a great house. Centrally located, easy to access the bike paths. I like the separation of the bedrooms and bathrooms, that works well for 2 couples. Only downside for us this year is there’s definitely some disrepair to attend to, and the cleaner did not do a great job before we showed up. All of the cabinets were open, it smelled a little like weed, and there were some things that just need a fix/refresh.We would stay again, and likely will next year. Nothing that bothered us was a dealbreaker by any means but could just use a little refresh and attention. Otherwise a great house and location and we’ve loved our trips here.

Wonderful Christmas 2024

My husband and I brought my Dad for a holiday get away. This house was perfect for us. Quiet, clean and well-equipped. The hot tub was fantastic for night star gazing. We puzzled, went for walks, watched lots of football and visited local family. Bonus gorgeous snowfall which made the dog very happy. The owner was very quick to respond when we had questions. Overall great place

Great place to stay for a family vacation!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the quiet location and close proximity to the river. The house is well equipped with everything you need. They have a solid collection of board games and movies we enjoyed as a family. One knocked one star for cleanliness due to the hot tub needing to be cleaned but it was taken care of with in the hour of us contacting the owner. Great communication with the owner as well prior to our visit.

Great location in Sunriver!

This house works well for our family (two adults, one 6yo and one 4yo). It is just one block from the Deschutes River trail which ideal for riding bikes! We enjoyed the great selection of games, well-stocked kitchen, and hot tub. Upstairs loft stays a bit too warm for our liking but we used the fan to pull cooler air from the bathroom, which really helped.

We enjoyed the house. It was a quiet location, close the trails. The kids LOVED the game space! Great location to head out skiing at Bachelor, go exploring in the Sunriver area or just relax. Would love to see bikes added this rental.

Pretty Good

I like the location since it was close to some trails to walk and ride bikes on. It’s not close to the village center but that worked out great. Pretty mellow overall.
