Great house!

We stayed for 4 nights over Memorial weekend and enjoyed the location, hot tub, bikes & Shark passes. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable Dog friendly retreat!!

Comfortable, easy Sunriver escape

Beds were comfy, house was clean, and everything was functioning as it should. The outdoor space was great for enjoying a quiet afternoon or reading or a dip in the hot tub. I was slightly worried about proximity to the train, but it was a non-issue. Would stay again!

Lucky Tamarack 13

A comfortable and clean house that is pet friendly. Offers ample beds and baths easily for 4 adults (or more if you are not in any way enochlophobic and part of a more convivial group). Well appointed, especially the kitchen for those who like to cook. Situated ideally so as not to be too close to the hustle and bustle of the Village, but an easy bike ride or trip by car if for provisioning, dining, or other attractions therein. We also really enjoyed the bird houses that were home to delightful and melodic swallows.

Budget experience

SHARC passes make this a deal as long as you expect a budget experience. Kitchen had everything we wanted for cooking except a bread knife. Windows have light blocking shades which is great for summer sleep. Unit is apparently on the budget maintenance plan since a few things were missed, but the location is hard to beat, and there was room for the six of us plus Grandma, Grandpa, and Fido. We enjoyed dining outside and using the hot tub.

Sunriver stay

This house is great with kids and pets. It has a great patio to sit out and enjoy meals or just relax. The only downside is there is no A/C and it was mid 90’s when we stayed there. There are ceiling fans and box fans. The carpet and bedding could use some updating. The kitchen is very stocked and able to make meals. The SHARC passed and bikes are an awesome bonus! We enjoyed staying at the house.

House was great. Kinda smaller than expected.

The house needs a new vaccum and broom. The broom is broke in half and the vaccum looks like someone tried to suck up liquid and it doesnt work at all. The cupboards all need a deep clean from the constant use but other than that it was a good place. The hot tub was good so that was a positive.

The house is very nice and cozy and you can never be in a bad location in Sunriver! The house was clean and we felt very comfortable there with room for everyone to spread out. The hot tub and the deck are nice. Sadly, the weather wasn't really warm enough to barbecue or sit outside. We did use the hot tub. The SHARC was nearby and the indoor pool was very nice. Too cold for outside swimming, but we look forward to it the next time we are in SR. The rental process was great and went very smoothly. The people that we worked with were super. The wifi worked well and we also watched a couple of movies. Everyone had a great time.

Family vacation

Great house, but more attention needs to be paid to cleaning it. Downstairs bedroom had stains that appeared to be blood on the pillow shams and bedspread. Bedroom headboard had a thick layer of dust on it. Upstairs beds had dog hair in them. Unfortunately, we arrived late at night but couldn’t address u til the morning. The management company was great at sent themOut to collect the linens, and wash them. They returned and placed the same linen on the beds that appeared clean, but by the next night we had dog hair in the bed again. It must be in the blankets. They did their best to make the situation better but I feel like new bedding needs to be purchase and the house needs a deep clean.

Lack of cleaning

Kitchen counters were not cleaned, kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky, I don’t think it had been mopped. A lot of dead flys in lights in kitchen and dining room light and in the sliding glass door tracts. The hot tub was dirty and the patio and front porch had not been cleaned, we called the office and they were prompt in coming to clean the hot tub and blow off the patio. The kitchen has just about every appliance/utensil you would want, just know that you will need to supply all seasonings, (salt & pepper ect) oils, and paper products. We had 6 adults and a infant and the house was big enough for us.

Great house for summer fun

We had 8 people in the house, 4 adults and 4 kids, but it was great for our needs. We loved the daily SHARC passes and used them. The washer and dryer were a huge asset to the property. Beds were comfortable and house had enough seating for all of us. We enjoyed our stay! I would stay here again and would definitely stay with Vacasa again. It was very easy booking and maintaining our stay with Vacasa. Thank you for the great time!

Late summer R and R

The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. The upstairs/ downstairs bedroom configuration was perfect. Love the stain glass in upstairs window. Hot tub stayed nice and toasty which was a plus. Very quiet cul de sac and great bikes to ride. We had issues with living room tv but gentlemen came and was very helpful. I suggest updating paperwork in welcome book. The directions for getting the tv to work are not accurate. Mama deer and her 2 babies came and hung out 1 day right off the patio. Overall a very relaxing week. Thank you .

Terrible service and dirty home

The home smelled horrible, like a forest fire inside. It was so bad I couldn’t stay there because of my asthma. There was also a substance on the bed that looked like blood. The home did not look like the photos. The worst part was that I tried to contact vacasa and I could not get ahold of anyone all weekend. I got a text message that I would hear about a refund but I never heard a word.

Nice dog friendly home!

Pros: great location, kitchen and upstairs bathroom have nice updates (upstairs shower was especially nice!), layout was good (the Murphy bed was in a loft alcove, not the middle of a hallway like I thought from pictures), loved the gas fireplace, hot tub was great, well-stocked. Only drawbacks for us were the beds, which were the harder memory foam (except the twin beds) which just isn’t our favorite. The carpets might feel a bit worn if you’re not a dog owner, but were better than expected from other reviews. And we couldn’t figure out how to connect to Netflix/our streaming services, but they had a DVD player so I wish I had known to bring DVDs. Definitely recommend.

House could use some updating

The location and the layout of the house were great. And the hot tub and deck were wonderful. We loved being on a quiet cul de sac for the kids to ride bikes and scooters. The inside of the house needs to be updated though. The carpet is very old and stained. The bathrooms are very old. The kitchen is very old. We were thankful there was laundry room and AC!

Great house that could use just a little extra TLC to put it to 5 stars

We enjoyed our stay at Tamarack 13. Good location, comfortable house that was a reasonable price and we enjoyed the SHARC passes. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances which was nice. However there was nothing else stocked, like saran wrap or cooking spray. I don't expect much, but something to cover a dish would have been nice. The beds were either really really squishy or extremely firm. Also, the lock on the patio door didn't work so you had to put a board in the door frame to "lock" it and some lights had burnt out. It was a comfortable house though and even though close to the railroad tracks you really had to listen to hear it with the windows closed. The patio was nice and a good size. We had a great time here and would definitely consider staying here again.
