Our charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sunriver home is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to explore the beauty of Central Oregon. This spacious retreat features a cozy loft, a newly renovated game room, and a fantastic outdoor hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

Inside, you'll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The queen ensuite bedroom offers a private bathroom with a step-in shower. There's also a bunk room ideal for kids, with two sets of twin bunk beds. The second queen bedroom offers a serene space for a peaceful night’s sleep. Upstairs, the loft provides extra sleeping space with a queen bed and bunk beds, and a convenient bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The living room is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, with a wood fireplace to keep you cozy. For entertainment, the newly renovated garage has been transformed into a fun-filled game room, featuring an arcade game, a ping pong table, a smart TV, and an entertainment area. Whether you’re looking to compete in games or just relax, this space has you covered.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including modern appliances and all the essentials. There’s also a renovated downstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo for added comfort.

Great location, outdated house

We had a fine stay at this home. It’s well located and has a good floor plan for a group. However it is extremely outdated and has some drawbacks. Here is my impression: Pros: Good location, good floor plan and sleeping arrangements, responsive host (we notified them that 3 of the 5 bikes were broken and they brought new ones over quickly), clean, relatively affordable. Cons: Very outdated, deck felt borderline unsafe - loose boards and nails sticking out, no shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash provided, only a couple of bars of soap, no starter pack of coffee provided, no hair dryers, beds were extremely soft (to me that’s a con) Management company was very responsive and the place was clean, but it felt “cheap” to not provide anything other than a couple bars of soap. I’ve stayed in many, many vacation rentals and that was a first for me. Overall, a fine stay in a good location. Would I stay there again? No, I wouldn’t.

Enjoyed our stay as we went skiing for two days and couldn’t wait to soak in the Hot Tub in the evenings. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our short time there. Close to the village at Sunriver which made it nice

We absolutely loved this house.! There was enough space for our five adult children, two of their friends, and us to spread out. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked. There were plenty of extra chairs in the garage to pull out onto the deck so we could all have dinner outside. We loved the master bedroom and bath. The location was perfect. It was fairly close to the village, the nature center, and the SHARC. Also, the property management company, Bennington properties, was amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed like they really wanted to make sure that we were having a good time on our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.
