Near the Sunriver Nature Center and Lake Aspen, 6 Summit View Lane is the perfect base camp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This updated 2,450 sq. ft. home is comfortable for up to 8 guests with its 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This beautiful reverse living home features beautiful furnishings, fixtures, as well as tile and wood flooring.

Additional features of this home include:
• Upstairs features a King master suite with attached bath boasting a tiled shower, comfort height tiled counters, and a soaking tub
• Downstairs, you will find a second suite with a king bed, access to deck and hot tub area, and private bath
• Third bedroom has two twin beds and a private entrance to the third bath
• Off of the third bedroom is the family room offering a sleeper sofa and access to the deck and hot tub
• A landscaped yard with a manicured lawn and wrap around decks - all perfect for outdoor entertaining

This home is situated on one of the largest lots in Sunriver providing privacy and seclusion. The back yard is large enough for any activity.
