Very Welcoming, especially thoughtful to leave us coffee and the roasting pan. This is our second time staying in this house and we love it there! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful few days in Bend.

Beautiful home. Easy walk to downtown, access to the walking trail. Great space for 2 couples to share and still have plenty of space.

Best Property We've Ever Stayed At

An absolutely stunning property. A spectacular house. Easy walk to downtown. Two blocks from a great restaurant downtown. The river is steps from the back door. Couldn't have been nicer.

Beautiful home right on the Deschutes

I booked this property with my wife and several of our friends while we were in Bend for a wedding. We got a great deal on the house as we were visiting in the off-season.The management was very friendly and amendable, and the house was spacious and clean. We had a great kitchen too, with lots of equipment stocked. Would definitely book this place again, and would recommend it to others.

Riverfront on Mirror Pond

We stayed at this property for 10 days and really enjoyed the home. The location was absolutely perfect! We had a few issues when we first checked in but the rental company had someone out there within hours to resolve the issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was because the master bedroom needs blinds! They only have window coverings on the bottom half of the windows and as soon as the sun comes up, you're up whether you want to be or not! The only other thing would be to have a bigger/better TV on the main floor so you can watch TV and enjoy the fire. We found ourselves going up to the upstairs bonus room to watch TV when we would have preferred to be on the main level. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful location!

Everything about the house was perfect. Interior was very elegant and it had the perfect location sitting right on the river. We could go out every morning and have coffee on the patio and listen to the Geese and enjoy the sound of the river.

Magnificent property and views!

This property is amazing! The views of Mirror Pond and Drake Park were lovely. This was for a reunion of 3 sorority sisters that have been getting together for many years and this house was perfect! We felt like Princesses at 75 living in a castle. Loved walking into town everyday!

Really lovely property, better than the photos. The interior was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was great, and the water view was wonderful. I would recommend some blinds throughout the home, especially in the main bedroom. It’s a bit awkward changing in a room when you don’t have the ability to close the blinds for privacy. The outside garbage and recycling was very full, but obviously that didn’t impact the quality and of the stay or the quality of the property.

Terrific House

The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. In addition,Crystal and her staff couldnt have been more helpful. You simply cannot ask for anything more in a place to stay. Next time I return to Bend I will attempt to rent this house first

Enjoyed the stay. Great house and great location.

Everything was great. Could use a larger/better quality tv and cable in the downstairs living room. But besides that all was great. Host responded very quickly when help was needed to get fire place fixed and tv/cable fixed. Also has an upstairs living room with good quality, large TV

Stayed for 3 nights

House is beautiful, very spacious…Location is within walking distance to food trucks, a mini mart, gas station, and Bagel Shop…even with one of our guests having hip problems. Some down sides were the fireplace’s pilot light was not lit so we needed host help with that, along with all 3 tv’s having no service. Management came and fixed problems the next day. Other than that the stay was private and enjoyable. Would stay again.

Awesome location and great time

We rented this place last minute when another booking fell through. Home is just as described and in an amazing location right on the river/mirror pond. Perfect for launching our paddle boards and biking to/from places in town. The only reason this doesn’t get a five star is that while it’s a great location and as described, it just feels somewhat uninviting to rental guests. Decor is blah, no bikes or water toys (most every other place in town has bikes for guests), beds were not super comfortable, cobwebs on bushes right outside back door. But besides these nit picky things, we had a great time. My kids loved the big open tv room upstairs and location can’t be beat.

The house is beautiful and also super clean. The neighborhood is within walking distance from parks, boutique stores and restaurants. Love it and enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend!! Very well maintained compared to some other rentals.
