Great location to downtown Bend and clean property!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay with our infant daughter and dog. The space was very clean and as advertised! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Troy was a great communicator. Was able to navigate arrival without any issues. Microwave hadn't been cleaned, but everything else was immaculate. Loved that there were food/water dishes for dog, toys, and doggy waste bags available. TV in the back room had audio even when the TV was off (which scared my daughters when they were getting changed), so we just unplugged the TV. Pool and hot tub were great. AMAZING spot for family with pets. Thanks!!

Beautiful unit right above the river

We spent three nights in 309/310, and wish we’d had more time!!!! We were a bit nervous about having units above, below, and to both sides of us, but we only ever heard a few footsteps from above. The highlight is the river - most of the time we turned off the AC and opened the (slightly sticky) screen door, and had breakfast out there every day. With the screen door, you could hear the river throughout the unit. Saw several interesting birds zipping around outside, too. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was very well equipped - better than most short term rentals. The bedroom was a bit cramped around the bed, and the split AC was noisy so we just shut it off and relied on the main ac in the day and nature at night. Clothes storage was okay - plastic drawers and hangers. Main bathroom/shower was fantastic!If you’re in Bend and willing to drive to get to things, this is an exceptional place to stay. Just a couple of minutes to Mirror Pond and downtown shopping, breweries, and restaurants. Really great, comfortable unit, would stay there again in a heartbeat!
