Great property in an amazing location. Everything was as listed and we had a great stay. The price was fair and the house was well stocked (especially the towels, thanks!). We will definitely book again!

Great house, great location!

Perfect for a family! Comfortable, spacious, great playroom for kids of all ages. Right across from the pool! Good proximity to everything in Bend (short drive, not super walkable). Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Anniversary celebration

We enjoyed our stay immensely! We loved the proximity to the pool and the basement playroom! There were some things missing like dishwasher soap, a dishrag/sponge to hand wash dishes, and the information sheet. We also had to do some minor cleaning (the kitchen floor was not cleaned where the dishwasher had leaked), but the host was very responsive and quick to get us the things we asked for. We will definitely be renting this property again!!

Best VRBO ever

This wonderful place comes fully equipped with all your kitchen needs, offers comfortable beds/ pillows and cozy couches with large rooms for families to spread out. It’s a short gorgeous walk to the river with a trail outside the door and only 20ish minutes to Mt. Bachelor and an easy drive in to town. Checkout was super easy too. This house is turn key. We hope to return in the future. Bend is everything and more everyone told us it was.

Loved Winter Wren Loop!

Our family of 5 loved our recent stay at Winter Wren Loop. It was spacious & comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen for all of our cooking needs. We loved the location right across from the pool, hot tub, & extra parking. I was able to use the handicap parking across from the front door, which helped me avoid the stairs down to the basement garage. Plus, main floor master bedroom suite was also perfect for this 74 year old! My sons loved the spacious garage for storing their many mountain bikes. We decided this is the perfect Bend rental for us, & we look forward to renting it again next year! RW

Comfortable stay and fun for the teens

Very clean property, great property managers, nice view of trees from the deck. Biking distance to everything (mall, river, grocery, coffee). The only drawback is the community does not have a big grassy area for kids and teens to play. Lots of families were using the street for wiffle ball, corn hole, volleyball. Would have been really nice to have a community area for that. The picture of the pool makes it look like the grassy area is flat and large but it is actually a small hill. That was the only drawback that we had. The house itself, the location and the property managers were great!!

Great House in a Great Location

We love Bachelor Village and this house was great - right across the street from the pool / hot tub. The house was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and it was set up nicely for our doggo - they even had food/water dishes and an extra leash for Lucy! Great experience - we'll definitely be back soon!

Fabulous house and location to trails, river, and town. Only complaint was the carpet has many pet stains that are very stinky so I opened a window in the Primary room for a breeze and was woken by maintenance crews cutting pavers at 7:30am. I alerted Guest Services of the concerns and they seemed accommodating, albeit not receiving any compensation in return. Would stay again when carpets are clean. Great place!!

Great house, needs carpets cleaned

Great house with fun arcade, access to trails and river, convenient to town. Kitchen was lacking a few basic essentials, but guest services remedied that quickly. Couch has seen better days, sags badly. Carpet is overdue for much needed deep clean throughout, with visible and very smelly pet urine stains, not pleasant in primary bedroom. Left window open for a breeze as fan was inoperable, but woke up all 3 mornings to some sort of maintenance happening, which cannot be avoided, except cutting pavers across the street from us at 7:30am could be. Reported to guest services and ask for some compensation for carpet and noise but haven’t heard back. Would gladly stay again when carpet is clean and HOA suspends work until 8am per outlined in agreement.

Great rental!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, the inside is clean, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect. Very close to downtown Bend and the walking trails were an added bonus. I highly recommend this rental!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Only thing negative I could say is that the living room furniture isn’t very comfortable. Couches may be a bit worn out, but not end of the world. We were busy exploring Bend and didn’t spend much time in the home.

The place was lovely and clean but the woodwork and walls could use some attention. Also the couch is pretty tired. The bedding could also use a refresh. The beds were super comfortable! I would also do some maintenance on the towel bars and hooks in the bathrooms. Great stay overall!

Great Property

House was well maintained and clean. Great for a family reunion. Couldn’t find any extra linens as we needed some pillow cases for extra pillows and couldn’t find any. Not a biggie and I didn’t reach out to ask. It was a great house and great location!

Beautiful location and home

We overall had a beautiful stay we did have some housekeeping and maintenance issues but that did not deter us away from the property itself and we were able to take care of things personally. The home is in a great location and close to many things and was a great place to celebrate the holidays with my family. We liked the walking trail behind the home as well

River Wild Rental Home

While we loved the location, this home did not meet our expectations. We’ve rented other homes through Alpenglow and were surprised to find the fireplace broken, tattered blankets, open outlets, duct taped master bedroom door, missing lightbulbs, etc. We were able to get ahold of guest service on day 2 to repair the fireplace which was a relief for the chilly holiday weekend.
