This is a great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Since I arrived hotel mid-night, they helped me to do check-in rapidly and allowed me to have late check out next day at 5:00 pm. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. The only drawback is the traffic congestion near the hotel.

the royal club package is a very good duel as there are many additional services such as full day beverage and a dedicate business center where we found some very helpful and smart staff.

Breakfast can put more Asian food ? like congee, fired vegetable, also free wifi for customer

Very convince with airport

I spent 2 nights here during my business to Bangalore. the hotel is new, the staff are nice. Many choices in the buffet breakfast. Will come back again. the breakfast is included in my booking, but the front desk staffs say it is not shown in the record. I did pay for the breakfast, and checked with Hotel.com. Hotel.com confirmed breakfast is included in my booking. I still not receive my refund from the hotel after one month.
