“Dolly was the best! We enjoyed our stay, one night, at The Charles; it was comfortable, convivial, well-appointed, delicious, gracious, and Dolly, our hostess, was delightful, warm, welcoming, and beautiful. Highly recommend. We walked to town, to the river, to our show at The Uptown Theater, and slept so well in our king bed. The front porch, the outdoor courtyard, the dining and living rooms were perfect.”

“Breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean; bed was comfortable. Saff was friendly and helpful. The Inn is convenently located within walking distance to downtown. We look forward to staying at Inn on First next time we're in Napa.”

“The host is very friendly. Place is very clean, and is of Victorian style decoration. Breakfasts are delicious. Location is great. The room I stayed the first night missed a window lock, so one window couldn't be locked. The overhead lights weren't functioning, so the room isn't super bright after dark. Otherwise the room is very nice -- the heater, the bathroom, the dressing room are beautify. The bed was clean and comfy. The host was friendly and moved me into another room, which is very……

“Todo fue muy lindo, te sientes como en casa, solo que a veces el personal no estaba tan disponible, tenías que tocar la puerta y se tardaban un poco, pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien.”

“Small well appointed inn with Napa charm. Very clean rooms and quiet within a 6 minute walk to downtown and all the restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again as a great place to stay after a concert. Breakfast was delicious.”
