  • Two-bedroom apartment in a quiet area just a short walk from the beach. It features a living-dining room with a kitchen, a master bedroom with two beds, a ceiling fan, and a small en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet; and a full bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic-glass cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has a washing machine, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
    The building has a communal pool and parking.

    This accommodation is only available for stays of at least 11 nights (mid-term) in accordance with DECREE-LAW 9/2024 of August 2 issued by the Valencian Government.

    The minimum age (for at least one guest) to stay is 25 years.
    A security deposit of 200 euros will be required via credit card upon arrival.
    Check-ins after 8:00 p.m. from Monday through Saturday and on Sundays are subject to a 40-euro surcharge. Under no circumstances will check-ins be accepted after midnight.
