Apartment on the second line of Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

Comfortable and spacious 95 m² accommodation, with partial views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community+children's pool, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, garden, garden furniture, children's area, 1 television, iron.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

HORRIBLE!! Pésimo y sucio

No puede estar más viejo y dejado y SUCIO tres cubos negros de agua sacamos el primer día, pelos en la bañera, el sofá lleno de manchas extrañas! Una cucaracha nos dio la bienvenida en la bancada de la cocina, ASCAZO! con muchas cosas rotas como: cristalera del balcón, muebles rotos en habitaciones (mesita de noche) salón (armario y mesa auxiliar) baño ( muebles roidos x la humedad), paredes (desconchados del aire acondicionado y golpes), no funcionaba secador etc. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien no enfría y sale poco, hace mucho calor en toda el estancia, solo hay un ventilador, el otro roto y hace mucho ruido. No hay horno solo micro, cocina estrechísima. Las almohadas duras horribles. Lo único k merece la pena es la piscina y estaba sucia tb. Un desastre. No volveremos eso seguro. EL PARKING sin sitios asignados imposible aparcar! Y alrededores todo lleno de zona azul! Para colmo algún vecino extranjero muy maleducado, haciéndonos fotos muy desagradable, insultando, etc. Una decepción total!! No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

excellent location, in great need of updating

the apartment is in a brilliant location, close to the beach, nightlife etc, the rooms are of a decent size, beds were comfortable, we didn't get the towel change after 7 days like started but as we had a washing machine, we had been washing them every couple of days anyway so that didn't matter, one shower room was not used at all as the shower was too small and would soak the floor, the other room had a shower/ bath and was still a bit of a struggle but at least you could shower better. the small bath is ideal for kids. both bathrooms would benefit from being made into wet rooms or only having the small shower room as a toilet. looking at pics of some of the other apartments on the complex, good use of the showers have been made by putting proper cubicles in instead of having to battle with a curtain. the sofas were very tatty and the curtains across the front windows were awful, missing hooks and torn. all this being said, when you're only using the apartment as a base, it is fine. no English tv ( was good not to watch tv for 10 days) and there IS some Wi-Fi although we were told there wasn't but it is very slow, better than eating up all of your data though!! the modem is at the side of the unit where the tv is situated. all in all we had a pleasant stay and as already said, the location is brilliant but the owner could do with having a visit and giving it a good upgrade.

Convenient and clean

The apartment was clean and big enough for the 6 of us. The location could not have been better being close to the beach and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
