"The rooms were immaculate and the complimentary breakfast was full of fresh fruit and pastries and wonderful coffee. The staff were always helpful and kind. The lobby had beautiful piano music most nights that made it a comfortable and fun place to work or wait for friends."

"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

"There is a noticeable odor inside hallways and rooms yet served its 1 night stay purpose. This would not be a long-term stay for me, 2 nights max. Small side-note, it is next door to the Novotel Orisha Hotel. "
