Wonderful House - Beautiful setting

This house in Benissa is excellently located and beautifully set up..The pool is perfect. We stayed for a month and it was the best month ever. I cannot thank the owners or the agency enough for facilitating our stay. No complaints.

Great villa but not without issues.

A lovely big villa with plenty of room for our party of 19. The outdoor areas were great and the kids thoroughly enjoyed exploring the grounds. The large outdoor seating area/courtyard is a brilliant space for large groups to have a great time. The upstairs bedrooms upstairs were well decorated, clean and comfortable. Plenty of fridges to keep drinks & food cold. Ideally needs more freezer space with just 2 small freezers for such a large villa, but we worked around this. The villa is located around 15 minute drive from Calpe and 5/10 minute drive from Benissa. Hire cars are definitely recommended as Taxis in the area can be hard to come by - especially when collecting from the villa. We found the downstairs bedrooms to be quite damp and dingy with black mould in places. This also meant those ‘downstairs’ suffered far more mosquito bites that those upstairs. Due to the villa being run by solar power we suffered a several power cuts/shortages. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue but for the main circuit board being locked away and spending our first night in darkness. After insisting we had access to this for the remainder of our stay - thankfully - we were able to resolve further issues ourselves. The company managing the property were helpful and any issues raised were dealt with quickly. Overall a great villa for a competitive price - but not without issues. We would certainly not put anyone off booking.

Fantastisch

Als broers en zussen met gezinnen een zeer prettige ruime locatie. Het huis is ruim en prettig om jezelf terug te kunnen trekken. Zwembad en verschillende terrassen, geven je de mogelijkheid om samen te zijn maar ook om je even af te zonderen zonder elkaar in de weg te zitten. Omgeving is rustig. Wij hebben er veel plezier beleefd met 20 man.

Wat een schitterende en magische locatie. We hebben er een waanzinnig weekend gehad met onze beste vrienden en familie. De grote tuin heeft enorm veel mogelijkheden en er zijn erg veel mooie plekken om te genieten van het uitzicht en te relaxen. De keuken(s) zijn netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren Tessa en Paul zijn enorm vriendelijk en toegankelijk, ze hebben ons direct te woord gestaan bij vragen. Kortom we raden deze villa zeker aan voor gezelschappen! Wanneer wij nog een keer met een gezelschap in de buurt zouden zijn komen we zeker hier terug.

Excelentes instalaciones

Muy bueno. Instalaciones muy bonitas, en especial si hace buen tiempo. El único pero es que podrían habilitarse más zonas comunes cerradas para el invierno
