We had a wonderful stay. Garden, Pool, was perfect. The house was very clean, bathrooms were recently renewed. A well equipped villa. Driving time to the beach: 10 minutes. We will definitively come back.

We had a lovely 3 week stay at Villa Ritter. All necessary amenities and Simone facilitated all our requests quickly and efficiently. Thank you Simone.Very hilly area on a main thoroughfare. Whilst other guests had mentioned problem of leaving villa on the corner, with care and keeping car windows open, no problems encountered. Shame pool wasn’t more easily connected to pool. Done by steep few steps with no hand rail. Fine for most adults but perhaps not great for older and younger clients. Pool area fine.

On the whole the property was good although there was only A/C in the lounge/kitchen area and then just ceiling fans in the bedrooms which weren't very effective. Nothing in the bathrooms or the ground floor laundry room. The cost of the A/C wasn't included in the rental fee and was requested in cash after you vacate the villa.The pool needs some work - some tiles are missing, the filter flap was broken and the edge/surround is very damaged.The main problem we found is the dangerous exit to and from the villa driveway. There is a total blind spot there and you can't see what's coming up the hill to be able to pull out. A mirror really needs to be placed opposite or the bushes all cut back or there will be an accident there soon!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vom Entsafter über Stabmixer, alles da. Das Poolgelände ist nicht einsehbar, das ist sehr vorteilhaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
