Positive: - No neighours, there are two houses next to Casa Alma, but nobody seems to be there. - Perfect pool, plenty of space, everything in the house is working fine! - Plenty of space, basically it is a house with two separate appartments! Neutral - Make sure your car is capable of driving uphill - Internet is there, but it is weak. Negative: - Furniture is OK, but could be updated to get a perfect rating - Why is the broken glass window still in the back of the house, after years... - New matrasses would be great Would I go there again? Haus auf einem sehr steilen Berg gelegen, Zufahrtsstraße teilweise betoniert, und eng. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Landschaft, auch aus dem Pool heraus zu genießen. Der Pool ist groß und sauber gewesen - sehr angenehm, hat weiße Badeklamotten aber Gelb verfärbt . Ein ruhiger Ort gut zum entspannen. Die kaputte Glasscheibe liegt immernoch hinter dem Haus auch sind einige Dinge in dem Haus defekt (Glühbirnen, Lampen, Sonnenschrime, Bett, etc.). Um auf vorherige Bewertungen einzugehen: es gab keine tierischen Überraschungen abgesehen von Echsen. Klimaanlage in die Jahre gekommen, schaltet sich regelmäßig aus und befindet sich nur im Wohnzimmer! - reicht aus wenn man mit offener Tür schläft. Klima im ersten Stock neuer, aber leider auch nur im Wohnzimmer vorhanden - reicht aber ebenfalls aus. Wunderschöne Steinmauer im Garten und Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Liegen und Stühle sind für 6. Personen vorhanden. Waschmaschine - Kaffeemaschine - Herd hat super funktioniert - Internet durchwachsen. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, auch wenn einige Dinge dort kaputt sind und das gesamt Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist

Bei Ankunft im Haus die verantwortliche Person anrufen!!! -Unterkunft: schönes Haus! Es könnte ein gemütliches Haus sein, was leider nicht an den vielen kaputten Sachen liegt. Dies sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb des Hauses. Wir haben einen guten, schönen, erholsamen.. Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht!

Das Haus hat viele kaputte Dinge, das wichtigste davon ist eine riesige Fensterscheibe, die zusammen mit der kaputten Wäscheleine auf der Terrasse liegt. Die Gartenmöbel sind auch kaputt und die Kissen sind super dreckig. Das Bettzeug ist knapp, das Haus ist immer geschlossen, weil es viele Nagetiere in der Umgebung gibt. Die tp-Öfen funktionieren oder sind ausgeschaltet, ebenso wie die Jalousien, die tp vollständig hochfahren könnten. Super dreckige Kissen. Nur ein Satz Schlüssel. Vom ersten Tag an E-Mails versenden, ohne eine Antwort zu erhalten. Der Pool und die atemberaubende Aussicht. Schade, dass das Haus so viele Probleme hat, denn es könnte wunderbar sein. Sehr ruhige Gegend, aber gleichzeitig laut. Hunde, die nachts ununterbrochen bellen, müssen auch einen Schießstand in der Nähe haben und an manchen Tagen um 7 Uhr morgens schießen sie bereits. Der alte Grillplatz, kaputte Schränke und schlecht gepflegt. Ich bin nicht früher gegangen, weil meine Kinder die Dinge, die ich sehe, nicht sehen.
