Staff were good for check in & check out。 After entering the room, received message from The Venetian Resort Chat Team, they are excellent, responds quick & solve the issue right away however it is pity that they don't have complementary drink, and don't touch any drinks inside the refrigerator, once you take it out, even you put it back, it will charge your room automatically。 Staff of the Venetian Reward counter are very bad hospitality, no smile, especially Magxx,talk to me in a serious face。 Only one woman staff is better, sorry I forget her name。
