Hotel was kept clean. No heat or hot water in our room. Bathroom needs to kept up with. We had NO human interaction with hotel staff because everything was done on phone and on kiosk. PLEASE BRING BACK THE HUMANS!!!!
Room was good. Clean. It was kinda quiet except for one night… the room next to me had younger people and when they were checking into the room, they were loud. But it was only for an hour or so and it was quiet for the remainder of my stay. Only thing is the cigarette smell is strong in the casinos but there’s nothing to be done about that… just that my sinuses got the best of me for it.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable and good size. I marked the hotel down because someone started to bang on the door and puked in front of my sister’s room at three in the morning. Security came and got her, but the puke was still there well past noon. They had to call a couple of times before it was cleaned up. The crazy thing is we saw multiple house keeping individuals with their carts in the hall off and on during the day and not to one did anything about it. One cart was basically 3 feet from the pile of puke and the house keeper was in the room right there when we left at like noon and we didn’t see clean carpet until around dinner time. I wish the hotel was easier to navigate and they had better signage to help you get around. It was confusing at times, one sign would tell you which way the hotel elevators were then the next sign, and you would think it would. I wish we had a microwave, instead we had two fridges. That’s just silly. The price for the room was great for the accommodations they gave us! There also are many eating options real close! The location is not bad at all. You are kind of in the heart of the hubbub if that’s your thing.
My husband and I love The Horseshoe! Everytime we come to Vegas this is where we stay! We love the ambiance, the staff is great and the location is everything dead smack in the middle of the strip!! We will definitely come back again to the Horseshoe!!
For the price it was ok. Room could have been little cleaner, decor is older and in need of updating. Of course that will make prices higher. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries nicw.

Booking through Expedia was less expensive than booking through the horseshoe website, we got a very good deal except for the added resort fee of $54 a night an additional $20 a night extra for parking if you rent a car! Sorry, I had to add that first, there should not be any resort fees in the winner because you cannot use the full amenities! The hotel itself is the former Bally’s and new management or owners need to figure out how they could eliminate so much smoke in their casino. They need to figure out a filtration system for people that have asthma or respiratory ailments. The room itself was very comfortable booking through Expedia I selected a king size high roller room, which I received upon check-in we were on the 19th floor facing the high roller Linq and the Las Vegas Sphere, which was spectacular! I how do you recommend this view versus the strip? We would leave our drapes open at night to watch the graphics from the sphere. The room itself was comfortable, seemed to be clean, but there was a little smell, which I think due to the smoking in the casino. The beds were comfortable, but I also think the staff need to rotate the beds periodically they’re starting to slant towards the headboard. The furniture is outdated and should be replaced. The bathroom vanity was a site for her eyes (where in tear), housekeeping needs to clean the rooms better!
Quick check in through the kiosk. Friendly staff. Room was clean except for the sofa so we just didn’t sit on it. It’s connected to Paris Hotel which we loved.
The location is the best part of this hotel. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room! I mean the bathroom was clean but there was something splattered all of the wall, like a soda exploded or something. I just grossed me out! Also the bathroom vanity and the furniture all have nicks and scraps and just makes it look run down!
