「This is a truly wonderful, special, hotel. So many small touches that made staying there delightful. Dining experience was also excellent. The onsite baker should not be missed! We have stayed in the Marriot next door, which is a perfectly good hotel, but The Lodge pays attention to all the details and just makes it an extra special experience.」

「It was a very clean well run hotel. I was very happy to have laundry (one on each floor), we’d been travelling for weeks. There was a very clean pool and hot tub area. A very good breakfast, hot and cold. And, although you are a distance from downtown there were a few restaurants close by. The downtown area was a disappointment for us, we could have missed it.」

「Be aware that if you stay on the second floor of this property there is no elevator. The freeway noise is pretty bad, you can hear the drag races up and down the road all night. The neighboring door slams makes your door rattle. A suggestion for the management staff, not the employees but the people who run it. The higher ups, a list in the rooms of the times breakfast is, when the pool hours are and those items would be nice. Especially at the front counter. And the food at breakfast. You had...
