“I used the pool and jacuzzi. Very nice. Had a delicious breakfast the two days I was there. I took a walk along the river. I would get a view room next time”

“This is a 3 story hotel without elevators. Also, could not find a single usb plug for charging my phone. We waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up & check us in. Bed was very comfortable. ”

“Nice place for the price, with breakfast included. Only complaint was the noise. Could hear the loud tv in the next room all night. Also people outside in the corridor were loud until after midnight”

“The breakfast was a good buffet with a decent variety, everything was fresh and hot that needed to be hot. The only problem is the parking. We had to park off the lot as there were no spaces available. To be fair, we did arrive quite late, around midnight I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go to Richland.”

“Good amount of parking. Breakfast hours ended early so that could be improved on. Room was clean but a little outdated. The beds were not as comfortable as expected for it being a comfort inn. They need new mattresses. If in a bind for a place to stay, it’s not terrible… but we won’t be staying again.”

“We had a 1-br king suite and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was smooth, although it's annoying to have to use the keycard to access outside doors when your hands are full of luggage. The bedroom portion of our suite was in great shape, but the living room and bathroom felt pretty shabby and worn out. They were reasonably clean, although the carpet and sofa had some slight staining. But the tub liner was cracked, the wallpaper was peeling, and everything just felt kind of tired. The mirror……
