"Starting with the positive: The staff was fantastic (hard working and very personable) and doing their best despite an obvious lack of resources. But the hot tub was broken, the A/C unit in our room had a mildewy smell and the furniture was stained. Only one staff member was working the breakfast area (and, again, she was great) and it was clearly a two-person job; the buffet was not being restocked regularly and the tables were filthy sticky. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and had a fantastic stay. It's really gone downhill in just a year. It's unlikely we'll be back."

"Great room in comparison to price. They had done some updates to our room and was happy to be in a clean and comfortable room. The rest of the property could use some TLC as well."
