“terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence.”

Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Location of the condo is great, about 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal located in a quiet neighborhood.
