"Shower leaked into bathroom, had to mop up every time. Other than one visit to quick wipe bath sink, empty trash and remove the tip on the bed (w/o making the bed), nothing was done for 4 days. Had to ask for towels and tp. Place is nice and clean but housekeeping staff needs a meeting and shower needs repair."

"The staff was super welcoming. We noted it was our anniversary and they had a card in the room. Hotel is conveniently located, we were able to walk most places."

"Great price and location. But was very chilly in the room when I went. Outside temperature was 45 Fahrenheit at night, 70-80 during the day and the room barely got warmer than 65. Showers were also pretty cold. I don't expect anyone to use the gym as it is too small. And the rooms themselves were also pretty small. But overall for the price and location I was very satisfied. Slept comfortably the whole stay."

"Check in was discouraging. There was no on-site parking as verbally assured to us by management prior to our booking thru Expedia. So we had to pay an additional $275 at the desk for off site parking. Hot water was not available. Told it would be up and running soon. The next morning at 3:30am there was still no hot water. Would NOT recommend this facility whatsoever. Mike Beebe."
