It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. 「We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from...

「Love this place. Price is perfect. Beds are super comfy. The layout was cool. Having my own personal bathroom not attached to our room was different but I didn’t mind. Using the kitchen saved us money and not having to toss leftovers. I’ll definitely return. Keep in mind there’s No parking so you do find the closest open street parking spot. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or a couple on a budget!! 」

We were all impressed by the wonderful shower and the proximity to the airport and our daughter's family who lived in the neighborhood. 「When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 」
