Ride a bike or walk the Lake Michigan ShoreLine. It is a 65-75 minute drive to get back to civilaization. Walk to the corner for a casual lunch or dinner at Union Pier Social or stroll around the corner to The Pumpernickle Inn for Gelato or The Black Currant Bakery for freash bakery & espressos. The Township has changed the automobile traffic flow down to one lane each direction and has added a new biclyle path and walking path that will eventually extend all the way to New Buffalo. Check out all ofthe new breweries that have opened: The Ghost Isle Brewery, The Beer Church, Seedz and many more. Spend an afternoon picking peaches or apple picking season is just around the corner. New Construction, two story beach house located on Lake Shore Road and Goodwin. Very convenient to Miller Beach Access or if you prefer Mc Kinley Street Beach Access is only a few more yards in the opposite direction. The Ayres Beach House is compact, but efficient. This beach house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have their own private bath and shower. One bathroom is on the first floor and doubles as the mudroom bathroom, guest bathroom and hallway bathroom. The master bedroom and master bathroom are also located on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one is en-suite. The bunk bed room has a queen over queen bunk bed suitable for a couple and a couple of kids. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the kids bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. There is an outdoor Weber Genesis II natural gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked. We have a beautiful front porch with two ceiling fans, plenty of breeze to discourage any small uninvited guests such as flies or mosquitos. We are conveniently located between two beach access. To the North, slightly closer is the Miller Beach Access and just to the South is the Mc Kinley Street Beach Access. Both beaches are beautiful and offer plenty of sand. The Township has just paved a new bike path on Red Arrow Highway and borders a new walking path along the same route. Why not check it out and maybe check a few of the new breweries in town. All you need to bring is suntan lotion. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and everything else under the sun.
