We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great experience! Nice home with a great outdoor area and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the shops in Union Pier. The host was very responsive in answering any questions we had. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House. The property is well-appointed and the location was perfect. The corn hole game was a big hit with all of us! The owner was helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Cozy Family Getaway

This new home has both charm and modern sensibilities. Super close to easy beach access and good restaurants/bakery. Everything is a walk away and handpicked fruit produce within minutes by car allowing use of the kitchen and dining outside if you prefer to stay in with family while babies sleep and game night takes place. Slept 7 adults and 2 infant/children without use of couch as a bed.

great place to stay!

this was a great place for a long weekend for very comfortable bedrooms. Slept seven of our family members bathrooms were great showers were great large screen TV and we use the front porch every single day and late into the evenings. One of the best features of the house was the front porch for the family could sit and hang out. The owner was great to work with very quick to respond and takes good care of this property answered any questions we had right away and gave us some pointers on places to eat and things to do. Would recommend this property for easy beach access down the street and quick access to the highway, which leads to New Buffalo or Saint Joseph A+

Spontaneous stay!

It was our first time spending time in Michigan. It was very spontaneous and we were lucky this home was still available! It was stocked, clean and just a short walk to the beach, Union Pier social, Red Arrow Ride, the market and the Black Currant Bakery (Delicious) All so very good and helpful! We rented tubes and a paddle board from Red Arrow ride. They both delivered and picked them up for us! We had a great time and will be back! 🙌

Lovely home and great location

Other than thinking living room wasa bit bigger the house was exactly as depicted- lovely, cheerful, comfortable, and clean. Five of us enjoyed our time very much- cooking and meals on porch, s’mores using outdoor fire pit and amazing proximity to both beach, cafes and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon made it all so easy - 2-3 min walk to beach access. Immediate surroundings of house are lacking at the moment - in progress it seems. Host is great and eager to please- we felt so welcome and at home! We would love to come back every summer!

No better place to stay in Union Pier! The property was very clean and John was a very responsive and accommodating host. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the front door and we loved being able to enjoy the tasty gelato that’s just down the road as well!

Amazing location, beautiful home, kind and responsive property manager. We stayed for a week with three children…very close to the beach, walked to Whistle Stop, Black Currant, shops, Union Pier Social. Loved it!!

Fantastic location and clean, beautiful spaces. Open first floor kitchen and family room were perfect for family gatherings as was the large front porch. High ceilings and new fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms gave the place a good feel. We also loved the fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our extended family with small children. Walking distance from the beach and gelato shop were ideal. We will be back!! The hosts were responsive.

Beautiful, clean property- great stay!

We had a lovely visit at this property! Extremely clean and well kept. Everything you could need as far as dishes, towels, and even beach chairs/towels are there; hosts were clearly very intentional and thoughtful about the house and everything in it. One small beach is around the corner (3-5 min), larger beach about a 10 min walk. Beaches were clean and beautiful, soft sand. St Joesph is very drivable and was a fun town to explore. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable, we felt very welcome! This property is exactly as described, we highly recommend!

Great Stay in Union Pier!

We had a great stay in Union Pier! The house was amazing - brand new with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and walkable to the beach and restaurants - and perfect for our group, which included my husband and myself, our two adult children and significant others, one baby and one dog. Also the location was perfect for us as it is close to midway between Chicago and Ann Arbor. Thank you, John, for being so communicative before and during the trip, and for giving us many restaurant suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Property was clean and comfortable. John was kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early from our reservation. He helped us with dinner suggestions and when we needed to clarify WiFi and he responded immediately. Only change, needed top sheet on the bunk beds. Great get away for a girls night out.
